Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and GoRently, Inc. DBA RollingRent ("RollingRent," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RollingRent platform, including its website, mobile applications, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it current thereafter. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Platform Use

RollingRent is a platform for discovering, showcasing, and engaging with residential rental listings presented primarily through short-form videos. Users may submit content including videos, photos, and listing information. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant RollingRent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is otherwise inappropriate, or is reported and determined to be harmful or misleading.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related content and software (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to RollingRent and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content, user interaction, or listing on the Platform. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RollingRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any listings or content therein. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RollingRent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" and notify users through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
